SIMPLE POLLING RESULTS DASHBOARD

Users input their unique ID and filter the results, scores, and topics to only their responses.

HOW TO USE THIS DASHBOARD

DEFAULT VIEW - AVERAGE ROUND METRICS and ALL RESPONSES

  • The Default View is showing data for ALL RESPONDENTS

  • The Graphic Results and Response sections are sorted by the Date the question was asked, from newest to oldest

  • In The Responses Section-Click on the “Round” “Topic” or “Date” dropdown buttons to filter graphic results, blog links, and responses based on any selectable option

    • Selected a specific date will show you the graphic result, and the blog link

  • QUESTION SCORE SLIDER

    • Default view will show all responses

    • Slide the question score to “2” to see all responses answered in full (MC answer + comment)

    • Slide the Question score to “1” to see all responses answered partially (just the MC answer)

    • Sliding the Question score to “0” after moving the slider to 1 or 2 will show “no data” values. Simply refresh the page to see all responses again

  • To cancel a filter after you have selected, simply click the dropdown button and click the “-” in the top left corner next to the header

HOW TO VIEW YOUR RESPONSES

  • FIRST, Input your personal ID number in the top left corner below to populate your data.

  • This will populate your own round metrics, the topics you most engaged with and least engaged with, and filter responses to only include your answers and comments

  • QUESTION SCORE SLIDER

    • Default view will show all of your responses

    • Slide the question score to “2” to see all responses you answered in full (MC answer + comment)

    • Slide the Question score to “1” to see all responses you answered partially (just the MC answer)

    • Sliding the Question score to “0” after moving the slider to 1 or 2 will show questions you did not answer

    • If you would like to see all responses again, simply delete your number in the number field in the top left and press enter

ROUND METRICS

Default view is showing average % and average score across all respondents

  • % (R1)(R2)(R3)(Total) - Percent of question answered

  • Score - Total points for each round

  • 1 pt for MC answer

  • 1 pt for comment

AI COMMENT SENTIMENT (coming soon)

Data for this feature will be added shortly. The AI can determine the sentiment of you comments. For example, are most of your comments “positive,” “negative” or “neutral". The AI can also extract themes from your comments and this will be done on a per question basis rather than for the total amount of your responses.

MOST ENGAGED AND LEAST ENGAGED TOPICS

This field will show you the topics you most engaged with and least engaged with across all questions asked. You can also select a specific Round from the drop down menu to see your topic engagement specific to each Round.

These tables are calculated by assigning a point value to each question depending on if the respondent answered just the multiple choice question, or if they answered the multiple choice question and left a comment. One point is given for answering a multiple choice question (unless the question involves answer multiple, multiple choice questions-in this case, point values are assigned so that all MC question values add up to 1, and all comments values add up to one-this is done so that these multiple-multiple choice questions do not artificially inflate your most and least engaged with topics.
